The guide also provides information about the issuance of new ATM and debit cards, access to your account over the technology weekend, and more:
Weekend of April 19, 2024: The system technology update will take place.
Important update for SENB Debit and ATM Cardholders. ACTIVATE your CBI Bank & Trust Debit Card NOW! There has been an adjustment in the schedule and your SENB Debit or ATM Card will be deactivated on Friday, April 19th at 4:00AM. Please activate your CBI Bank & Trust Debit Card now! If you have any issues activating your new CBI Bank & Trust Debit Card, please call us at (309) 757-0700 for assistance. Additional personnel are available to take calls:
Friday, April 19th 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Saturday, April 20th 8:30AM - 12:00PM
Sunday, April 21th 9:00AM - 11:00AM

October 20, 2023: SENB Bank has officially been acquired by CBI Bank & Trust and all current SENB Bank locations will be operating under the new name. At this time there are no changes to the current banking products and services.
